Mine was actually from June…I finished it last night, but didn’t get the link up here in time. Oops. Hope that’s okay.
The Age of Innocence by Edith Wharton is a beautiful masterpiece about the battle between the sexes. <a href=”http://jameswharris.wordpress.com/2008/07/05/the-age-of-innocence-by-edith-wharton/”Jump over to my site for a full review.
I actually finished Interview With the Vampire at the end of June but I put it on the July Mr. Linky since June is all gone, bye-bye…hope that’s OK.
It’s 8 on the Mr. Linky.

Have posted my most recent review (I, Robot) and have only 3 books to go to finish this challenge!
I just posted my review of Miss Pettigrew–what a fun read. I’ve read four books for the challenge, and I’m trying to decide which ones to bring on my vaca with me!
Mine was from June too since I was on vacation for the past two weeks! I’ll make sure I get July’s in on time or you can give me a spankin’!
Oops, I forgot to write what book I read… “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time” by Mark Haddon. The narrator is a teen with autism. It’s a quick read and fascinated, if not light-hearted.
Just out of curiosity … is everyone who is participating in the challenge listed on the blogroll? … ’cause I’m not there and I’ve definitely been participating.
# 24 should read “Spring Flowers, Spring Frost”
Sorry!
I also reviewed Never Let Me Go / Ishiguro in June. (By the time this ends, I’ll have totally revised my original list but I’m attempting to stay with my chosen authors…)
Latest 101-word review : The Name of the Rose. Now that’s a long book.
It’s like a Sherlock Holmes mystery set in the 14th century.
Have posted my 10th review.. still planning on reading more of the books though!
I actually didn’t have much to say about my July book (Less Than Zer0). It wasn’t bad, just really draining. Oh, well.
I just posted my July book review for Dracula. I thought it was brilliant!
I’ve mistakenly listed Regeneration Twice. I was that good, but I didn’t mean to list it twice. Sorry about that.
One more down … I’d better get reading!
I just posted my May-August reviews on the July/August post. I forgot about posting them the first few months! So far, I can see why the books I’ve read have been on the 1001 list!
I’ve posted my review of After the Quake on my blog:

See my review of The Plague by Albert Camus which I finished in July.
See my review of On Beauty by Zadie Smith which I completed in August.
