Is anyone else addicted to
Mad Men
? I've watched every episode up until yesterday, and I love this series. I actually think I know exactly how this series (not season) will end. If you want to know my theory, just comment on this post that you're curious and I'll email you back.
Holy heck. What an episode. This series never lets up. Lane. Sally. Wow. Only one episode left of this season. I think there's only one or two seasons left according to Matthew Weiner, the creator.
AMC is awesome for acquiring and letting this series go on. I love it.
Just wanted to share with you one of my favorite BBC TV Series,
Black Books
. I'm planning on re-watching the series soon -- it's absolutely hilarious.
I laughed for a minute straight (at least) during a recent episode when John Noble (Dr. Bishop -- I love LSD) said, "These aren't the droids you're looking for." Oh. my. gosh. I will miss this show when it concludes next season. BUT, at least there will be a next season of 13 episodes. At least we'll get a conclusion to this series, unlike HEROES, and other unfortunates.
Thank you, FOX, for allowing us a proper end to this awesome TV show! My fellow nerds and I thank you!!!
I just found out that one of my very favorite tv shows,
Arrested Development
, is coming back for 10 episodes AND a movie. Woo Hoo!!!! Starring Jason Bateman, Michael Cera, Portia de Rossi, and Will Arnett among others, and created by Ron Howard, this show was cancelled in 2006 (erroneously) after three seasons. I can't wait to see the Bluth family in action again!!
If you're not familiar,
Downton Abbey
is an award-winning program on PBS. Normally, I have a series pass with "Masterpiece Classic" on PBS, but because I moved and lost some of my season passes on DirecTV, I was oblivious to this awesome TV show. But, because of all their Emmy wins, I got an email that informed me that the entire first series is available for a limited time in the US at the following website:

It's a fantastic show. I watched it all in 6 consecutive hours and am waiting with bated breath for the second series, which begins in January in the United States. If you like period dramas, you will be riveted as I was and anxiously awaiting the continuation of this series. If you haven't viewed it already, I do hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, for he is kind to the ungrateful and the evil. Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful. (
